Autoliv Quality Suite

A suite of quality-management applications used across Autoliv facilities to record incidents, share lessons learned and alert sites exposed to the same issue.

Uma suite de aplicações de gestão da qualidade usada nas fábricas da Autoliv para registar incidentes, partilhar lições aprendidas e alertar as fábricas expostas ao mesmo problema.

The problem

Quality issues found at one facility could repeat at another without anyone knowing. Lessons learned lived in documents and emails.

What I built

  • Incident and lessons-learned system with reproduction steps, resolutions, and dos and don’ts.
  • Cross-facility alerting that flags sites exposed to the same issue and tracks corrective-action rollout.
  • Critical Quality Issue control board for senior management.
  • Role management for quality personnel, with opt-in notifications.

My role

Technical lead for the suite. I drove the architecture and integration decisions, wrote the integration specifications (Power BI, external incident portals, enterprise systems) and mentored junior OutSystems developers through code reviews and solution-design sessions.

O problema

Um problema de qualidade encontrado numa fábrica podia repetir-se noutra sem ninguém saber. As lições aprendidas estavam espalhadas por documentos e emails.

O que construí

  • Sistema de incidentes e lições aprendidas com passos de reprodução, resoluções e o que fazer e evitar.
  • Alertas entre fábricas que identificam as fábricas expostas ao mesmo problema e acompanham a implementação das ações corretivas.
  • Painel de Critical Quality Issues para a gestão de topo.
  • Gestão de perfis da equipa de qualidade, com notificações opcionais.

O meu papel

Tech lead da suite. Liderei as decisões de arquitetura e integração, escrevi as especificações de integração (Power BI, portais de incidentes externos, sistemas empresariais) e fui mentor de developers OutSystems júnior através de code reviews e sessões de desenho de soluções.
